The Ripon Society and Franklin Center will co-host their annual luncheon honoring Congressional Schedulers and Executive Assistants. In addition to announcing this year’s voted “Top 25,” special guest Patrick Jephson, who served as Princess Diana’s Private Secretary, will reflect back on his time serving the Monarchy and discuss his latest book, The Meghan Factor.
